She has recently had one with clean bandit which was a massive hit
I hope that it is not going to be too pop orientated, but I guess it will be. Would rather hear her do some soul material, but SYCO wouldn't have much idea about that.

Oddly it's 1D that have proven hard to replace. Cowell has already tried and failed repeatedly, first with Stereo Kicks then with the Ryan Lawrie group this year.
There are a ton of girls in her lane though. Zara Larsson, Daya, Hailee Steinfeld, Laura Marano, Sofia Carson, Sabrina Carpenter, some of the 5H girls who are starting to try solos....
Going to be interesting to see who survives the shakeout.
