No, but it's amazing exposure for the song as it normally has a TV advert (which may feature OMS)/normally remains top 10 on iTunes for the Christmas period and people Cherry pick a lot of the tracks so it'll generate more sales for OMS that way.

Not to mention it normally sells a lot, so people might just discover OMS after buying the album and may go on to check out the Xmas album.
