I didn't know Janice before she entered the house but I was shocked to learn she has just turned 60 years old.

60 is still young-ish these days. And with all her money she should look 40.

But she's so thin and frail and her face would stop a clock. She shuffles about the place - all that is missing is a zimmer frame, slippers and a hot water bottle.

I could easily take her for being 80.

Seeing as you'd not heard of her, I'll let you in on a secret. She looks like she does due to excessive surgery. Not sure why you think money can make you look younger?

I think she's very good at playing the vulnerable "little old lady" card when it suits her. She's actually as tough as old boots. I don't think there's anything frail about her.

She's just doing what Julie Goodyear did a few years ago. Let the younger ones wait on her hand and foot. I wouldn't be taken in by it, but I guess it gives the ones pandering to her so air time. Even though it makes them look like mugs

How many years ago was it when she was on 'I'm a Celebrity'?

She seemed quite different to how she does now. Not just in physical ways, but also in the way she acted. I remember her being tough and brash, but she also seemed to be more self deprecating, none of this "I'm the Queen of Reality TV" bullshit.

I can't remember how long ago it was when she was on IAC, but she seemed to be so much younger in every way.

Edit: Just did a quick check and it was in 2007. 8 years ago. My how time has flown. It doesn't feel anything like that long ago. I guess that people can change quite a bit in 8 years.

She just has a few communication problems in telling the surgeons what she wants and somehow those instructions got heard as.. "make my neck look like a Turkey"..........got to say though..they succeeded............................

She is definitely a lot frailer than she was in the jungle - She's getting too old for it, me thinks.

I wondered if it was perhaps 'medication' or perhaps she has genuine health issues.
She deffo does not look well.

To be fair, she probably is an eighty year old woman.

She has said she is ill .... I think she's telling the truth... She looks in pain and gets agitated with it.

I don't believe anything she says but if she is ill, why on earth is she in CBB?

She has said she has arthritis if she has and I have no reason to not believe her then pain will age a person rapidly especially thin people IMO. I know a few in their 50s with arthritis and they all look in their late 60s due to pain, medication etc.

She does look very old to me as well. Like a young person who aged very fast. But as someone said above, she had a bunch of plastics done and it's not really worked out.

She might be suffering from depression. I don't think she's happy.

Most of the time I think her frailness is a strategy and she's playing everyone.

The one exception that makes me unsure is the initial conversation/argument with Jenna about the Kosher fridge. There was something about that when she lapped into the "and I'm old" bit where it sounded like Janice was almost acting like she was covering up a bit for a bit of a dementia moment (60 is WAYYYY to young for them normally) where she just hadn't been able to process what Farrah had been saying about the fridge. It was almost like she heard the part about it being Kosher as just that it's what was in there without processing that meant it belonged to a certain person.

Or she was just being nasty and manipulative, but it's actually harder to tell in that moment than it should be.

As for telling people what to do like they're servants? That's got to be gamesmanship. It's been a LOT of years since Janice was a supermodel. The logic we actually heard Daniel use (that she was used to handlers just DOING for her whatever she wanted) is ancient history if it was ever true about being a model (vs. an actress, who might have gotten that treatment). Janice might have some assistant who chases after her and does everything in real life, I suppose, but it's unlikely everyone she meets actually drops whatever they're doing to do her bidding. Even the models who surpassed her career ("first" supermodel hardly means the same thing as "biggest" one) generally didn't get that treatment.
