Probably news due to the fact that last year wasn't a one off. Which some of us thought it might have been.

Well the way I look at it, that his PR team are only confirming he will come back this year to do the Christmas and Children in Need specials.
As long as he still feels he is able to do his part-time job on SCD, then he will continue. |

Oh please God - No!!
The show is a million times better without him and his lame tired patter. |

Actually, although I detested him as the main presenter, I thought he was pretty good on the Christmas Special. |

Feel sorry for Claudia really. Let him do the Children in Need one (and he could do that solo quite easily), but for Christmas either leave it as Tess and Claudia or have all three of them.

Arguably he is just about bearable in an over-ripe cheeseboard kind of way in the specials where he can have as may takes as he needs to get it right.

I'm sorry for this, but I don't think Bruce should be back.

I didn't know that Brucie would be back this year so there's no complaint from me that he is. Will be good to see him.

I don't mind him doing the Christmas special. I wouldn't want him back on the main show though.

My view is that it's a disaster for Strictly.
would love to know what went through the BBC's mind to bring this awful guy back. He can't read the autocue and the word "hasbeen" with an unfortunate huge ego describes him perfectly. Megs |

![]() He's been boring for years. Any talent he had has long since evaporated! |
