Nastasha clearly said she heard, but did not see, and was unsure. Which is perfectly in line with what Janice said. Really, you should pay more attention before getting all accusatory.

Austin lied. You can bet if she actually spit in his face he would have went crazy the moment she did it, but he didn't.”

If it never happened BB would have said "Janice didn't spit at you" rather then saying "Janice didn't spit in your face".

Of course they had reviewed it and if they hadn't, why didn't they remove her final warning? It still stands doesn't it?

Unbelievable how anyone can she is innocent I watched it 4 times and I know what she did. If that had been Farrah the people sticking up for Janice would be hammering Farrah.

They confirmed that she did not spit.

So as you're not going to answer, but just keep on blabbering rubbish, I'll leave it there”

How dare you accuse a f/m of blabbering Rubbish. Respect costs nothing.

When Austin was brought into the diary room (24 hours later) BB clearly said, "After reviewing the footage... " Honestly, if you're not even going to talk about what ACTUALLY happened and just continue to fabricate your own personal fantasies then I'd rather not indulge said fantasies. Maybe you could try "fan fiction" instead of public discussion?

But the accusation was that janice had spat in his face and they said, no she did not spit in your face. He was caught out in a big fat lie and stormed out saying he was going to spit in Janice's face.

BB said that they had reviewed the footage and he did not spit in Janice's face, not that she DID NOT spit at him. They had already given Janice a final warning for spitting at him (not in his face), have they rescinded the final warning, no, so the spitting accusation still stands.

You are the one trying to make out that she didn't spit at him when she did, BB said she did and gave her a final warning.

That is all I am saying on this.

Hmm, so she 'mimed' so that's o.k seems to me she spat but didn't hit the target.......either way, to spit or 'mime' spitting is a completely revolting, aggressive gesture that should be seen as unacceptable behaviour, no matter how disliked the person it's aimed at is ....... I like Janet for entertainment but that was gross and way over the line, she knew that too, hence the apology, but no not acceptable or in any way excusable.

Respecting other f/m's opinion costs nothing. Cheap jibes are not warranted.

So true likewise if it had been Austin that feigned spitting at Janice. Imagine the outrage then

What was Janice's formal final warning for then They were both going at each other and as Austin is a liar it could in fact have been him spitting at her.

When BB spoke initially they said that they always look at all footage. Janice's warning in the diary room was the last thing we saw therefore common sense would suggest that it was after they had viewed the relevant footage.

Nobody said it was OK to mime, just that she made spitting gesture without actually spitting.

The trouble many people have is that when somebody disagrees with their flawed opinion they simply can't accept that they are wrong and so they create a different reality of they opposing opinions in order to make it easier for them to discredit them.

I don't believe she did, but you do. Fine. Let's just draw the line there then as we're unlikely to convince each other of what we believe.

No hard feelings though I hope? Sorry if I came off a little strong at times.

He said she spat in his face .
It was proven she didn't .
He is a liar and threw a tantrum at being outed as such .
All the fluffing of details and smoke and mirrors will not erase the fact that Austin has been shown up as a liar .

All the smoke and mirrors won't hide that Janice and Janice alone got a formal final warning for her behaviour. She agreed she motioned spitting and as far as Austin is concerned she actually spat. I'm not nearly as bothered with his lying as I am a 60 plus year old woman spitting / feigning spitting in an argument

Nor will all the smoke and mirrors cover the fact that Austin is a bare faced liar . She didn't spit in his face, but he went in the DR all smug that she had apologised and he'd dissed her. He was totally ready to draaaaag the saga out all morning (at the very least) and be the victim .
His temper tantrum at BB proving him a liar was priceless, .

Oh well Austin, back to bitching and flirting with James for air time then .
