What did Janice get her formal final warning for then

She spat at Austin who is the recipient. Where it landed seems to be disputed but the fact that she spat at Austin is a given.
Because she mimed spitting at him, which was mean and because Austen made a big fuss about it. Doh!
It's like threatening violence but not actually doing it. Much like he did....

I've rewatched it loads, she spat at Austin.

For any human being to spit on or towards another is reprehensible and is done to totally demean the recipient. It's a repulisve thing to do...utterly repulsive.

Janice Dickinson is a despicable peron. Showed herself for the awful woman she is.

Only Janis and the liar knows if any spit came out of Janis's mouth. I doubt BB knows for sure they probably gave the warning uncertain of that fact, however they we're certain that a spit gesture took place which would warrant a warning imo.

It'd be easier to forgive a dry spitting gesture than someone lying to get me in trouble tbh.

I'm with you SB, she really did spit at Austin. It really is a repulsive thing to do and for a 60 year old woman to do it, well words fail me and that is a rare thing I can tell you.
I'm afraid she comes from the gutter and she seems to be staying there.

I don't believe she did, but you do. Fine. Let's just draw the line there then as we're unlikely to convince each other of what we believe.

No hard feelings though I hope? Sorry if I came off a little strong at times.
No hard feelings at all, I know I can come across strong at times.

I watched it back yesterday and posted at the time that it looked much more like Janice's version of events to me. At the point she makes the spitting noise (whether miming or actually spitting) Austin kind of moves back and looks at the ground off to his side. So whether she spat or pretended to spit, it wasn't 'at him' at all. Disgusting behaviour but nowhere near what he accused her of.

He's a nasty little liar to bare-faced make that up in the hopes of getting her evicted.

Austin ducked his head (tipping it forward) which is something someone might do as a defensive move if they saw something heading towards their far or felt some spittle strike their face.

BB's claims about footage lost most of their credibility years ago.

I really suggest you watch it again, Veri. He LOOKED down; to where the spit, real or imagined, would have landed - down and to the side.

I've already watched it at least 5 times. It was a quick, head-ducking/tipping movement. It was not like someone who'd seem something land and decided to take a look at it.

Of course, it's clear that there wasn't a great, big gob of spit that landed square on his face, but that doesn't mean Janice couldn't have spat at him or that (if she did) none of it could have hit his space. The footage wouldn't necessarily show every piece of spit, and BB doesn't even seem to be claiming Janice didn't spit at all.

The way I see it, given that Janice was issued with a final warning, which wasn't rescinded, she almost definitely did spit at, or in Austin's direction/space. It's still disgusting either way.

Big Brother did not confirm that Janice didn't spit, just that Janice didn't spit at Austin's face.

Of course, it is obvious that she did spit, we know it and so does BB.
