Stevie and Chloe-Jasmine's "conversations"

Why do their conversations appear so stilted? Of the scenes shown so far every one seems to be that Stevie and Chloe-Jasmine are talking to us, Joe public, rather than to each other. It feels like they are explaining themselves to us.

It's very odd. I like the two of them but wish they would become less self concious and engage with the others separately. Just like a real couple would do in real life.

Because they're fake. It's not rocket science

It is utterly tedious though

I liked both Chloe and Stevi on XFactor but them as an item on CBB is just painful and sooooooooo embarrassing to watch. Having heard some of the HMs express dislike at them being all over each other I am hopefully assuming they will be nominated and can go very soon.

Agree they are fake IMO, and as the OP says it is like they are talking to us not themselves, so they met last December why are they having these conversations now not before??? i cant stand watching them.

I can't abide those two . Totally fake as heck .
Even in my most juvenile soppy relationship I was never as drippy as that in front of others . They give me the boke .

Obviously a fake relationship. It's like they've learnt their lines from a script! When Natasha said to Chloe that she should be jealous of Stevie being in the tub with other women, I bet she thought to herself great, a good storyline to create! Lol

Their acting is worse than their singing.

I think they're both daft and dull but it never occured to me that their relationship was not real.

I've never seen them on TV before, why doeople think they are faking a romance

They ripped these straight out of cheap romance novels, that's why, and then over-rehearsed them. This is both of their last tickets to fame and they've over-worked it.

The romance itself perhaps or perhaps not. The little speeches to each other we see when it's just them and a camera. Definitely (fake, i mean). It doesn't take much to see it. Nobody in the universe actually says those things in that manner. Outside of a romance book or Latin American telenovela.

they are truely cringeworthy, the speakmans on BBOTS last night, even questioned how long term there relationship would last

It's just cringeworthy to watch/listen to. They just don't seem like a couple who are comfortable in each other's company. Every conversation they have seems to have been scripted straight out of a Mills & Boon novel (from what I remember of reading them in my teens!)

They are just SO sincere when they talk.

I just can't abide watching them. I just want to hide behind the sofa when the cameras are on them

Why do BB think we want to watch them and their inane brain-numbing conversations?

In last night's show Stevi and Chloe were having another one of their drivelly conversations, but at exactly the same time Bobby and Chris were having a conversation just a few feet behind them.
I was more interested in the conversation Bobby and Chris were having, but I couldn't hear it because BB decided to focus the audio on Stevi and Chloe.....AGAIN.

Totally rehearsed and for us and the cameras.....no normal couple recap their history like that cos they just know!

Also, have you noticed that no matter how touch feely they get they never have a full on snog? Just little kisses........I know they said they wouldn't have sex in the house which I could understand, you would expect their kisses to be a bit more passionate in the honeymoon period of their relationship.......utterly fake.

It's like watching a couple of primary school kids acting out getting married....

They are horrendous.

Apart from the glaringly obvious fakeness ozzing from them it was the speedos that swung it for me no true girlfriend would let her man walk around in them especially on national telly

They are SO fake! You can just tell that they are speaking to each other with the cameras in mind.

1. CBB is all about improvising around a basic script and building into it things that just naturally happen. This pair may have had a bit of stage school training, I don't know, but they are WAY behind the pile of experts in there, particularly the US crowd.
2. They are not a real couple so have "double trouble" - improvising to what's happening AND pretending to be lovebirds.
