If Farrah was gone, they'd still have Janice, Austin, Jenna, James and Natasha - all of whom have caused drama. So I don't think they'll go out of their way to save her. Having said that, as much as I dislike Farrah, I'd keep her in over a lot of the others.

Her background makes her an easy target for the holier than thou judgemental mob so its not surprising shes sensitive to being slighted and credit to her for sticking up for herself.
