If she is so Jewish and precious about the kosher laws, why did she voluntarily get her body mutilated by injecting ink into her skin in order to make "graven images"?
Look at the tattoo on her shoulder, it's a woman's head.
I can't imagine the rabbis being fans of tattoos, self-mutilation or ink-injections but surely the "graven image" thing would make it all a taboo?
Any rabbinical scholars out there? Halacha experts?

I read she got those sleeve tattoos back in 2012 and she only converted to judism this year. when you convert, your past "sins" are all forgiven?

I am very confused about the wine. How come she can drink non-kosher wine, and if she can, why was she given kosher?

I just looked it up and you're right. She did convert to Judaism, but then again she thinks "conversating" is "conversing". She would probably say that she "conversionalised" from Catholicism to Judaism.
Maybe she just had a conversation with a rabbi and has been left confused.
I could well believe it. She maybe had a hard time acclimating to his accent.

It's not quite as handy as going to confession, (for R.C.s). You can go every week and you don't need apartheid food.

She's only been Jewish since June. She's trying to keep kosher which isn't easy to do.

Now if it's an issue for anyone they could google it and learn something about something they know nothing about. I wondered how long she's been Jewish and found out she only recently converted having been a religious Catholic previously.

Don't really care how long she has been Jewish, you either follow the rules or not.

She drinks a lot and that in itself answers why she gets to a point of not caring about what the drink is.... That sentence ..... I can drink non kosher ..... did it for me.

It appears she converted just to suit her Israeli fianceé so I dunno why she's trying to act all devout, any Jew I've met doesn't do Kosher. And if her man was so devout too he wouldn't be marrying an ex-porn star. The hypocrisy all around is hilarious.

She's TRYING to keep kosher as most people who are would. It's not easy, it's very involved. She's only been Jewish since June so she's still learning, as I said it's quite complex, so she deserves some slack.

That strange couple from the 1940's claimed to be quite religious yet they copulate without having married. I've seen no issues with that raised.

Tried really hard with the wine didn't she.

It's like trying to be a vegetarian but having a kebab every time you get tipsy.

I think it's a bit of both, having a usual diet but guaranteeing her a regular share of food. The wine kinda confirmed the latter, it isn't compulsory consumption it appears.

Or you try and live your life in the best way you possibly can as much as you can. If people.try and become better people I'd rather half effort than no effort.

Why in the topic title are you referring to possible laws about tattoos as "kosher law"? Are tattoos suddenly food?

And it's not like even if it's proscribed that she can go back in time. She got most of them when she was a teenager. I understand her getting religion is recent. Judaism can be pretty unforgiving of a few things, but I don't think it generally hammers on people about things they did before they practiced it.

My recollection is that there is no concept of instant sin forgiveness in Judaism. It's not like some spinoff of Catholicism (the reverse is true of course). There are concepts of repentance and atonement, but not just a hand waved and instant forgiveness. As I understand it, in a nutshell you make up for sins with good deeds, not with hand waving.

I also doubt the tattoos represent an intentional sin, and I know Judaism also considers unintentional ones as a lot less severe.

Jewish, Gentile, recent convert or life-long, she's still a humourless unintelligent piece of work. Such a disappointment, thought she'd be more interesting
