Madonna - possible TV appearances around UK tour

The X Factor Final is the 13th Dec - Madonna will be in the UK at that time.

What are the chances of an appearance on the Sunday show?

Alan Carr and Graham Norton are usually on air in Dec.

Strictly will still be on - I can't see her doing that however.

I doubt it. Why would she? Madonna isn’t someone who goes on TV when she doesn’t have a reason to. Rebel Heart is dead, she doesn’t have a new single coming out, and I can’t see an appearance on TV helping ticket sales for her UK shows. If people want to go and see her on tour, they would have brought tickets by now.

I wouldn't rule strictly out, I think that is more likelyythan x factor, can't see her doing any chat shows but she does have gaps in the tour schedule so you never know.

I honestly cant see her doing Alan Carr. I don't think she would find him funny or get his humour. I also think Alan would be too afraid of her taking his humour the wrong way so would hold back a lot. I also remember Dan Wooton saying a few years ago that she takes interviews very seriously and listens to every question very carefully. Obviously you cant do that with Alan Carr lol

She's done Graham Norton and Jonathan Ross before so that's a possibly. X Factor is a possibility but think they'll have to pay her massive bucks for her to perform. Even so, she said before shes not a fan of them shows [mind you P!nk said the same thing but performed on X Factor in 2012]. Same with Strictly.

To be honest though, I wouldn't be surprised if she just comes to the UK to do her tour dates and that's it. Her album would have been out for 9 months by December so no need for any promotion for that. I doubt they'll be a 4th single from it and even if there is, she probably even knows it'll flop and wont even care that much. And theres no real need to promote the tour as everyone who wanted to go would already have tickets and it would be a bit late for people to suddenly decide to get tickets so it would be pointless

Aren't all tour dates in the UK sold out anyway?

Most of them yeah but you can still buy them on the black market. I was listening to the tour versions of her old hits on YouTube earlier. Some of them sound great, seems like the tour is going to be like a greatest hits.

Latest rumours are 50/50 split. I'm liking the classic songs that seem to be on the tour but I could live without holy water, unapologetic batch and my most disliked Madonna song in a long time bitch I'm Madonna.

She might want to plug the fact that she's in the middle of her Rebel Heart tour and try to get more album sales.

I'm going to see this tour and I really hope she dusts of some her classics. True Blue was rumoured - would love to hear that but I can't see her doing it.

If the tour is going to be something of a 'greatest hits' a performance of a classic song would do wonders for her.

I can't see her actually doing it - but it would have much more of an impact than performing anything from Rebel Heart.
