The great Oathy who has been in talks with those over there for years posted:

We might get more live feed.. Apparently endemol are pushing for more (just heard back from Nick Samwell-smith).

And also said they were apparently happy with how the Live Feed has been rating, hence why this has come out.

I know it most likely won't happen, but the sheer fact that there may be a possibility probably means that it's been outrating 5* average.

I've been enjoying the limited live feed, I must say, even though it's just an hour.

I hope so

Having the nightly hour has made me realize not just how much I've missed it but how it is vital to the show.

It's almost as though we've been transported back to the past with the little glimmer we've been allowed.
Apart from the one night they were all in bed I've not been wanting it to end!
(Even then, if given the chance I'd have carried on watching in case someone woke up and did something )

Last night's live feed was brilliantly funny with Burrell trying to control Janice (with some success) and Janice messing with Daniel's side of the toaster... you have to have seen it to know what we're talking about

It's those little amusements that wouldn't ever make the HL's, like Janice declaring she knew how to make soldiers, then proceeding to wipe out the entire army with a pair of marigolds and a knife. Just brilliant

Good news. Last night's feed was hillarious. It's nice to be in the whatm thread too and laugh with others. I think after BB16, Endemol are realizing they cant take the audience for granted.

I really hope that thay do extend the live feed.

During the last cbb I worked out that spread out over the channels 5 5+1hr 5+24hr 5star and MTV that there is about nine hours of big brother on everyday it's just a shame it's all the same bloody episode

Get in the habit of checking if it's on 5* (usually midnight?) when you're flicking through the TV Guide and put it on reminder! That's what I do.

It's on every week night as far as I know. Looks like we get an extra 10 minutes tonight too - 10 minutes less of Bots to have to suffer

what we really need is some LF between 9 pm and midnight , but that's unlikely to happen

What we need is 24 hour feed. If Endemol are so keen why not provide an online version themselves? It is already being produced after all.

trust is one of the biggest issues that Endemol have lost with the viewers and until they see sense and open up the show to its fullest audience and inclusion it will continue to struggle.
it is good to know that the feed is doing well but we have been told this before in many different guises.Until there is confirmation in stone that the feed will be increased, this needs to be taken for what it is as Oathy and many of us are aware.
one thing that has become clear recently is that Viacom are holding all the strings and are the ones that need persuading.

Exactly what I was going to post. Do it independently of C5, we pay endemol and use the endemol website. Could be a money spinner for them.

I'm really enjoying live feed. Paul Burrell's got the patience of a saint. Daniel was a little snappy though.

Yes, I'd like that, I just can't stay awake long enough to watch it at 12pm.

The LF last night was very good. Paul was running around trying to keep control of a load of unruly children.
