Corrie- Will **** die?
Is hope going to die in Corrie?
It says on Wikipedia that she is leaving the show? I know not to usually trust wiki but does anyway know if she does die? |

I am hoping that it's a nice positive child cancer storyline however if she did die if would enable Fiz to leave....

I hope not. But Blackburn is very much capable of insufferable, never ending dreariness. The Jackson storyline on ED could've been uplifting but it was just unbearable. Wouldn't surprise me if he went there with a child death.

Doesn't say she will die for certain, and I doubt it will happen. |

Not my idea of entertainment. ![]() ![]() What is the point of such a miserable storyline? Don't enough people actually die of cancer? For f**k's sake. |

It would be a really ballsy move for a soap to kill off a child from a disease, I don't think it's atchually been done before in a soap.

When viewers say they don't want to see a controversial subject aired, SB goes ahead. with great delight; e.g. the sullen girl who lives with Anna Windass having a baby, a storyline which was a complete failure. Perhaps if we all say "Yes, please, kill Hope off with cancer"', he will drop the idea.
The small girl who is playing Hope is excellent, a joy to watch; also little smiley Ruby.. |

It will be horribly depressing if she does.
I think someone above mentioned it but has a soap actually ever killed a child off before? I mean apart from in childbirth/ right after where we never really see the face of the child? |

Hmmm story line about a horrid illness starts at the beginning at September, I anticipate a slow burner taking us up to Christmas.
How cheery! |

A little girl in my home town of Connah's Quay was diagnosed with neuroblastoma a few years ago. I helped raised money (cycling on an old bike to Chester and back) for her treatment and she's now starting school. She was only given a 20% chance of survival and she beat all the odds and she's now cancer free. I hope Hope has the same outcome.
