Yes! That's spot on.
She reminds me of a poor imitation of Marilyn Monroe. The way she is with Stevie Ritchie is how Marilyn apparently was with Joe Dimaggio.
It's probably sacrilege to some but she reminds me a just little bit of Princess Diana. Blonde hair, posh voice, big nose and prominent chin.

I actually thought the same when I saw her wearing that tiara. She doesn't have the natural elegance and grace of Diana though. Chloe is a little awkward looking at times.
