I love Carla but if she was going to read out credit card details over the phone, she would have done it back at her empty flat, not in the Rovers. I can only assume that scene was more about Erica having a chance to roll her eyes and give Carla disapproving looks and then choose to do nothing as per.

It's early days but I think Jennie and Alan have been doing a very good job with what must be a very difficult storyline to film. Totally agree about David Neilson. A fine actor.
