I think you'll find 99.99% is a vast majority

I knew who Nirvana were. Based on that fact there must be a lot of people reading this thread.

Bleach is probably my favourite overall. I like the rawness of it

Given that the main interest of users of this music forum is modern pop music it would be a very reasonable assumption to say the likelihood of many of them knowing of a British band from the late 1960s who had one minor hit single, it peaked at #34, called Nirvana is pretty tiny, and yet in saying that I have been labeled "arrogant" and a "troll".

Didn't label you a troll, I was referring to the original poster who brought up the British Nirvana in a thread that is clearly about the American one. Ending his post with 'Clearly better than that crappy grunge band' smelt troll'ish to me.

You linked it to my reply and I misinterpreted what you meant, for my misunderstanding I am more than happy to apologise.

Loved all types of music in the 90s. Listening to nirvana always reminds me of sitting in the 6 th form common room, stirring a klix hot chocolate with my biro
And will always remember where i was when I heard that kurt cobain had killed himself
