I agree with him. I'm so over the sob stories and ringers pretending to be humble and freshly virginal when they've been around for years .
I stopped watching it three years ago . It's just dull. Once the funny auditions are over it's just dull and repetitive unless you have a local interest contestant .
Frankly Strictly was always going to beat it this year , no matter who the celebs were. Simon needs to put it into mothballs before he gets more of a kicking in the ratings .
