I thought I'd make a thread which highlights all of the upcoming schedule changes as there is likely to be lots of disruption to ED and Corrie once the RWC starts on 18th September. There is also some disruption before then. Here are the schedules up until 18th. I've only posted days where there is disruption.

Tuesday 8th September
ED airs at 6:45pm (due to England v Switzerland football)
EE as normal

Thursday 10th September (as in previous few weeks)
ED airs hour-long at 7pm
CS airs at 8pm
EE as normal

Sunday 13th September
CS airs hour-long at 7pm

Tuesday 15th September (as in previous few weeks)
ED airs hour-long at 7pm
EE as normal

Thursday 17th September (as in previous few weeks)
ED airs hour-long at 7pm
CS airs at 8pm
EE as normal

Friday 18th September
No ED or CS tonight (due to England v Fiji rugby)
EE as normal

I'll post more updates once the schedules are confirmed. If we could get this pinned it would be a great help.

Thank you for filling us in on these changes. I still can't figure out whether the extra Thursday Corries are in place of any of the above dates!

I can't really work out why we've have had all the extra episodes, because it seems as though ITV can manage to fit everything in around the RWC anyway. Both Corrie and ED get seven episode weeks despite the start of the RWC. Although it is ITV's 60th anniversary week.
