How could anybody think that was acceptable? Whether it was part of a task or not, she made homophobic comments which surely must merit a formal warning. If she was given a task to annoy Snoop, would it be acceptable to make fun of his skin colour?

No hon, I got petrol afterwards and it was one of those pumps where you have to put the card in first before you fill up... It spat my card at and I took it, then I had to put my Morrisons card in afterwards and I can't find that either...
Never mind I've transferred my money over to another account so if anyone has found it they can't get anything out. Just means I have to go to an autobank for money instead of paying by debit card

Um. The task could have been interpreted in endless ways. The fact that Farrah decided to use the task as an opportunity to call *everyone* (not just James) gay speaks to her nature and harbored hatred for homosexuality. You can't dismiss the content of what she was saying. BB didn't put those particular words in her mouth.
