I think homophobia should always be challenged , but it's a serious accusation and needs real evidence . I don't think any of that ^ shows homophobia .
And you're right. Accusing someone of being homophobic is extremely serious, and I do not do it lightly. In this instance, I'm more than confident in my assertions. |

No, but it demonstrates a tendency toward homophobia. Anyone who's been on the receiving end of such bigotry can spot it a mile away, and while it may not be enough to 'convict her in a court of law', it's certainly enough to make me believe she's keeping a lid on her real opinions for no other reason than she isn't allowed to speak her mind in this regard, at the risk of being kicked out of the House. The task removed the muzzle for a short time, and what she said confirmed Every. Single. Suspicion. Anyone who could possibly doubt that she meant what she said is fooling themselves and is simply making excuses for her behaviour. Either that or they've never been on the receiving end of prejudice of any kind.

In this instance, I'm more than confident in my assertions. that sort of thing doesn't help your argument .you're entitled to your suspicions but you seem rather too insistent that we should agree with them . . |

She meant those slurs when she used them during the 'let's-upset-the-Royals' task. She virtually admitted as much when she later described what she'd done as 'therapy'. Again, not a smoking gun, but more than enough for me to recognise a homophobe when I see one. |

I can ask you the same thing. You've reached your own conclusions the same way as everyone else, but you're trying to insinuate that Farrah is essentially misunderstood, based on the edit. What we've seen is more than enough to justify our feelings about her rancid behaviour.
How are you so certain she didn't? How many episodes must they broadcast in which Farrah behaves in a despicable manner before you stop giving her the benefit of the doubt? Unless, of course, you're no different than her, and are happy to support her horrendous attitude. We do know. It's there on screen. Every sodding night. Personally, I think Austin came in the first night and sabotaged her by spreading nastiness, which the housemates and you all have bought into. |

I didn't mean it in an unkind way. As I indicated in my previous post, the evidence may not amount to a 'smoking gun', but it's there for anyone to see. Choosing to ignore or excuse it seems evasive or, indeed, foolish. If I'd really wanted to be a nasty bitch, there are much stronger terms I could have used than simply 'foolish'.

If they were nothing more than 'suspicions' based on hot air and bias, I wouldn't argue the point so strongly. Farrah has demonstrated more than enough homophobia for me to state my case in the strongest possible terms. After the way she scraped the barrel with Bobby, using his marriage as fodder during her attack on him, do you honestly believe she wouldn't use homophobic slurs if she was allowed free rein during an argument with either James or Austin? She meant those slurs when she used them during the 'let's-upset-the-Royals' task. She virtually admitted as much when she later described what she'd done as 'therapy'. Again, not a smoking gun, but more than enough for me to recognise a homophobe when I see one. sure she can be nasty and personal , but I won't accuse someone of homophobia until I have good evidence . |

Sue me. But, to be precise, I said you said nasty things - not that you were nasty. I don't know you. You may or may not be.
I'm not going to sue you, but I could've reported you if I'd wanted to. |
