His interview just now was probably the most articulate and interesting exit interview in many years! Daniel was really the one of the "boring" HMs whom I strongly believed to become much more interesting down the line.......Chris, Sherrie and S+C will never have anything interesting to contribute no matter how long they stay...

Yes it was a good one, was just saying elsewhere. Emma asked good questions, he gave full and honest answers, witty too. Seemed to last a while too.
