No it's about Farrah saying that she wasn't concerned about hurting anyone with what she'd said and in fact she was happy as it was like therapy for her. She said this to Daniel apparently who told Austin and Natasha. Daniel confirmed this in his interview but Natasha seems unsure about it.

Oh is that who he is, she talks to him a lot by the sounds of it.. I thought it was someone from outside.
I think its fair to say that unless there's a noms twist that Austin will be up next time with at least 3 noms

I would imagine they would have more contact with Gail in the diary room, mainly to make sure her mental health is stable. Especially as anything can trigger her into an episode.. It's nice that they are keeping an eye on her.. sometimes you do wonder if they look out for people with problems.

I think Gareth's attention is needed elsewhere. There's a few in there who ought to be sectioned, like Farrah.

Because she has a disclosed mental health illness..so needs extra care plus would also need her meds dispensed to her.
