I like her. She's straight forward and doesn't take any nonesense.
The only annoying thing about her is the way Jenna has latched on to her and gets involved in all her arguments with other housemates.

I do feel (dons hard hat
) that sometime younger attractive housemates cause jealousy with female viewers.A perfect example of this was Hazel o Sullivan. She was made out to be evil on the forum when infact she was just a bit clinical, ambitious and a stunning woman. She was no where near as vicious and foul mouthed as Farrah yet she was despised by women. To my mind, that was a clear case of envy. Infact she wasn't foul mouthed at all, that was Gina!
But the idea that jealousy is the reason females don't like Farrah is way off the mark. She is attractive but not enough to entice envy firstly and secondly she really is a vicious awful character.

I see it more as sneaking about and stirring it........all under the pretense of being 'sensible and wise'. *yawn*
Jenna, like Farrah and numerous others is all out for number one.
She's overconfident about her ability to have longevity as a HM too.

It will interesting to see if she can curb her bad language when talking to Emma. I hope Emma really drills her.
This is a great thread with some very thoughtful and articulate contributions. It would be so easy just to describe Farrah as 'ghastly' and 'horrible' when, IMO, she is a very complex and intriguing character who is not without likeable qualities.
She's an absolute horror of a person but at least she's doing something which is more than can be said for most of the UK housemates!
I don't mind her. Mainly because I've watched Teen Mom and can understand some of the reasons why she is like she is.
What I don't like about her:
She's very literal and literally stupid.
She's INCREDIBLY argumentative; she'd argue over the sex of a fly climbing the wall.
She's very stupid.
She's breath-takingly vain and that stupid lip gloss thing is driving me loopy.
She's quite thick.
She's mastered the art of talking A LOT without ever saying anything vaguely coherent.
Did I mention the stupidity and the ignorance?
What I kind of like about her:
I didn't watch Teen Mom but I've read on her that her bf died in an accident while she was pregnant. That's tough - she has my sympathy. Also, apparently her mother was a horror; I think she's largely a product of circumstance. Again, she has my sympathy for that.
She has shown quite a few glimmers of empathy; so I can't rule her out completely. She was genuinely comforting towards Janice and Gail on at least two occasions I can think of.
All of this leads me to believe that there is in fact a massive, massive wall between what we're seeing and what's underneath.
I also don't like the way she has become the whipping boy of the forum and it seems that no insult is strong enough.

I like her she is loud, strong, opinionated, like a dog with a bone, controversial & The main topic on this forum ever day,
That to me is a great housemate she is bringing everything she can & I can see a gentle compassionate side to her as well!
Thank goodness for the American housemates yet again making this a great series & worth watching!
Lets kick all the Americans out then we can watch Bobby, Natasha, Chris, Gail, Sherry, looking at the four walls & frightened to death of speaking in case they offend someone!
Even Chloe & Steve are bringing more to this show than the above mentioned & bb should get his act together & do a 5 in 5 out & throw all above out because their not delivering & have no intention of delivering & guess what? they don't have to deliver because we as fans have made it clear year after year we want this show on our terms.
We don't want to see different types of people we just want to watch "Little House on the Prairie" type shows, we don't want to see real people in real situations arguing & having opinions that we don't share!
As for Farrah great housemate & one who will be evicted very soon so one of the wallflowers can gain their right full place in the borefest of a final we are yet again guarantee to have!

The only Farrah I liked was the Fawcett one. Yep, I had that poster on my bedroom wall growing up in the late 1970s.
