Where do you buy your favourite shoes and boots?
As the title says, where do you buy your favourite shoes and boots? At the moment I have some lovely shoes and boots from Simply Be and got a great pair of boots reduced from £60 to £25 from Simply Be. They'll be great for winter. They do different foot widths on boots and shoes plus different calf widths on boots.
I usually get my summer sandals from British Home Stores for around £35 which have lasted for years apart from one pair which had a snapped strap after a year's wear. They also do wide fit sandals in some styles. Where do you get yours and where can I get some real bargains on boots for a plus size woman? |

I buy almost everything online and Brandalley is my favourite for shoes. I have quite a few pairs from Clarks and Kurt Geiger too. Ebay is ok - I've bought a couple of pairs from an Italian ebay shop. I wear Birkenstocks a lot and get those from Amazon or direct from Birkenstock.
I used to like TK Maxx for shoes and still wear some I bought there years ago, but they aren't much good these days - not in my size anyway. Amazon has a massive range so you'd probably find full fit boots on there, and I was looking at the La Redoute website a while ago and they have boots in different calf widths. |

I buy from different department stores depending on what else I need and if they're offering discounts etc as they the price for the same shoes/boots vary. I have trouble finding boots to fit around ankle as they're usually far too wide and at the calf too and my foot lifts out and it's impossible to walk. |

^^^ I didn't think Ravel were still going? I assume they only have concessions in department stores.

Most of my Boots tend to be from Dune or Zara. Kurt Geiger is also good.
I used to like Aldo but found it has gone downhill recently in the looks department. |

I really like New Look shoes and boots, actually. I mainly get their canvas-sy 'trainer' like shoes, but I have two pairs of ankle books from them which last for ages and fit well (they do a 'Wider feet' section as well, which is really helpful), and they've got some lovely boots coming in for autumn at the moment too.

I'm always popping on the Dr Martens website for sale items. They have some of the best shoes and boots available IMO.
I also think Dorothy Perkins and Office are good choices. |

About this time last year I bought a pair of Vagabond ankle boots from Office and they've been fantastic. I wear them quite frequently to work as well as the odd night out and other than a bit of mud from recent rain, they look brand new. They were £90 but have been worth it imo. I have wide feet and fat calves but these fit fine.
I would like some knee highs or Dr Martens Chelsea boots this year though. Sigh.

I have difficult feet so I tend to go for comfort brands like Hotter and Ecco.
I got a gorgeous pair of wider fit slouch leather boots from Hotter last year. They weren't cheap but they're great quality, and will last me years. I don't think they were wider calf though - only wider fit on the foot. Have you tried The Shoe Tailor? They do wider calf fitting boots. |

One pair I bought is black suede with a chunky heel and fringing down the side.'is to me' The other black leather with 2zips at side, high heel 'Helene Rouge'. very smart. 39 .99 each pair. |

I used to get mine from Russell and Bromley but I can't justify the cost anymore. I usually go to a department store and go to their shoe department. My most recent purchase was a pair of boots from Carvela.

I get my summer flipflops and canvas shoes from Rocket Dog off Amazon.
I get other shoes from Clark's. This week I bought 2 pairs from Hotter. |

I definitely love the shoes from H&M, but otherwise i normally buy from different stores in the city. Sometimes i order online from zalando but it is risky when you can try it.
