Scoop was voted in as President unanimously from his fellow housemates. Time for him to deliver his inauguration speech, Scoop style.

Awesome, I'm glad to see he's so respected by the other housemates (or maybe the American housemates just dislike eachother that much that Scoop was the preferable choice). But whatever 'nonsense' he might appear to speak, it's obviously getting through to them.
