Like in previous years the purpose of these threads are to post your five initial thoughts after the show each week.

1) Peter could not hide his disappointment throughout the show once Ola had been paired up. I felt sorry for Janette that he couldn't match her excitement.
2) So glad that Carol didn't get Anton and got her wish for either Pasha or Alijaz. He will have lot of work to do though - she is a duffer.
3) Loved the enthusiasm between Katy/Anton and Kellie/Kevin - think both will go far in the show in terms of likeability and ability respectively.
4) Tristan really did not appear impressed at being paired with Jamelia - maybe she has already proven to be a handful.
5) Would have preferred Natalie with Iwan or Anthony but hope Ainsley has the ability so not to be the comedy act.

1, LOved it as usual! but I do wish Bruno would't try and dance at the beginning
2, Oti seems lovely

5, Biggest shock Anton not getting Carol!!

2. Giovanni is a poor imitation of Vincent
3. I like Ainslee and I really think he could show some good moves - but is he sufficiently popular with the GBP? I'm not sure and I do think Natalie deserved a contender this year.
4. I don't think anyone partnered with Kristina has much of a chance so goodbye Daniel O'Donnell in the not too distant future.
5. Too many anomalies - Peter Andre has a chance - but is Janette up to the mark?

1. Jamelia is rude and obnoxious - and I feel so sorry for Tristan being paired with her
2. Oti is so lovely and bubbly
3. Gleb and Giovanni are so gorgeous
4. Jay and Aliona are the couple I'm backing for the win
5. The opening dance was incredible

My five thoughts...

1) I do not think that Kirsty was particularly thrilled to get Brendan!

2) I wish Joanne were a proper pro this season, as I really like her.

3) Oti is definitely my favourite new pro. I hope that Anthony heals up quickly and can actually give her a decent shot at things this series.

4) Helen George has Disney princess eyes. Not really familiar with her, but based on her VT, she's also rather sweet and one of my favourites.

5) I wish Craig would stop pulling his poker face and would bring his lovely smile out to play more!

2. Got my four favourites and happy with the partnerships
3. Kristina and Daniel = John Sergeant all over again
4. Pasha and Carol = very fair that he got the oldest lady

1. Going by the launch show standard, the training video's are going to be interesting
2. Feeling sorry for Natalie again ... she deserves better
3. Kristina looked extremely pleased with her partner ... not
4. Anton could have a chance ... if Katie can teach him some Latin moves
5. Friday the 25th can't come quick enough

First thought. what a fabulous show the producers really excelled themselves this year!.....

Ainsley and Natalie!.............. wow what a great pairing I think we will have lots of entertainment from the pair of them!...... I am really warming to her these last couple of years she seems much more relaxed and not so 'just focused on winning all the time'......

Looks like there could be a couple of romances in the offing!........

1 A Great Feel good Show.
2 All Celebs seemed so pleased and excited about doing it
3 Time flew by watching it.
4 I wish Joanne had a partner.
5 Cant wait for it to start.

1 Over scripted - I know Tess can't ad lib but it really does limit the show
2 Stop with the over done humour it's so contrived
3 Peter / Kelly / Jamelia stood out
4 Good bunch of new professionals
5 Can't wait to watch training videos

2: Daniel O D will be in slow motiion and still dancing at Easter
3: I wish Craig wouldnt take himself so seriously when trying to dance

1. God I missed Strictly - welcome back!
2. I enjoyed the show - the dances were great.
3. New pros look great - both as dancers and in general.
4. I'm actually really pleased that Anton got a good partner - he seemed genuinely happy and I hope they do well.
5. Someone needs to take James' internet access off him during the show.

1. Enjoyed it more than I thought I would and thought all the celebs came across well and seemed to be genuinely enjoying the experience ( well perhaps with the exception of Jay, who seemed very nervous )

2. Tristan was not happy, hope it gets better for him

3. Who keeps inviting that man in the stupid woolly hat to come back and attempt to sing - didnt we see enough of him last year

4. Don't think Gleb really needs a partner, am sure he would be happier dancing with his ego

5. Anton looked pleasantly surprised, looking forward to seeing how well he and Katie will do

Ha ha,... I did wonder how she was going to get on with Oti, but she seems to have nailed it !!!

1) Tristan is as gorgeous as ever. And phew, he got a decent partner!
2) The two new pro males are very nice
3) Iwan is going to be fun
4) Still love Claudia. Thank God they replaced Bruce with her.
5) No more rubbish Saturday night telly

So many thoughts!!!!

1. A lot of potential partnerships that could go all the way.

2. I don't know so many of them, I don't mind though as I am always for the dancing first.

3. Poor Natalie again.

4. Peter and Janette, match made in heaven or hell, depending on the way you look at it.

5. Caroline has lost any ability she had when she won it.
