Oh god, you probably don't notice it. I'm American, and as you can see, they tend to swear differently than the British. So I've always found interesting (and often quite disgusting) the way the Brits swear.

I think she should voice her feelings to BB, and by not doing so only makes her look weak. She could also ask Farrah why she's behaving so badly, and if Farrah starts on her, then BB should take action. BB isn't all about Farrah, there are other HMs to consider.
