I meant to comment on that actually .
That story only emerged in the papers after CBB started . Farrah couldn't have read it . Even if it had come out prior to CBB I doubt it would come on her radar when she didn't even know he would be in the house with her and he is too much of a nobody to Americans .
CLEARLY bobby has told them . Which stinks . It was a story that hardly covered him in glory and I doubt the others involved in his alleged bed hopping exploits will enjoy him mouthing off in BB . Boasting ?
He should have kept his gob shut and she wouldn't have had that ammo .

Could someone tell me what Bobby Davro did wrong.
From what I saw he stuck his nose in .
I watched LF as well as tonight .

Basically, the boys were reallocating wardrobe space after Daniel left . When they got their cases back they were putting their stuff in his vacated spaces . Jenna and a few others thought it a bit tasteless and were muttering about it . Bobby watched the shenanigans in the wardrobe area then as he walked out and over to his bed Jenna was still muttering (something like "for goodness sake , leave this crap till morning") and Bobby did that hand-waving dismissive thing some people do to shut you up and told her not to worry about it (or words to that effect) . But it wasn't said nicely . He was very curt and dismissive of her opinion and she was upset and said so to Farrah . So Farrah lit on Bobby .

But I stand to be corrected if I got it wrong .

I have commented on what I saw at the end of today's episode.

Bobby acted in a dignified way. That is how he behaved.

Farrah was aggressive and potty mouthed.

I don't know about Bobby's skeletons.... tell me.

It wont affect my analysis of today's show.

That's quite weird . But if it works then go for it .
But I doubt Farrah would have seen that . I may be wrong, but did she know he'd be a HM ? I doubt it .
He didn't seem surprised at her jibes, just angry, so I think he must have told them that stuff in chats .

He could have just ignored her but he knew what he was doing. I don't think it's difficult
to win an argument with Farrah , she just shouts ,swears and insults you.Just her talk and nod back...job done .I laughed at him out in the smoking are all chuffed with himself at "winning" . I am no fan of Farrah's but I find him sly....not a fan .
Exactly how I felt. He was rattled big style.

Many thanks - I understand the situation more fully.

Doesn't change my negative opinion about Farrah. Lacking in class

His actions at the time and then thereafter speaking about it in the smoking area, suggested he was significantly rattled as opposed to 'nobody could press his buttons'

I thought Bobby was being nice and polite to Jenna, when she and her attack dog laid into him for the hell of it.

They were looking to be offended.

Perhaps because they 'were' offended. And why wouldn't they be?

People need to respect all sorts of things, and perhaps in this case, Bobby didn't respect them.

By offering her some wardrobe space? Is that really so offensive?

The worst part is that they can't articulate themselves properly in an argument.

That sounds like a fair enough assessment.

I think it's also worth considering Jenna's feeling about Daniel being evicted, how she got on well with him, and how she sees it as a game of UK versus USA, and thus how this may have come across to her.

She sees all these Brits faffing about rearranging wardrobe space and moving clothes around just after her compatriot has been evicted.
True, she probably is overreacting, but by the same token I think many of the housemates are acting insensitively.
They will complain how other people make them feel, but they don't seem to care how their actions may affect how somebody else might feel.

Jenna had already shown how she felt after Chris made a sarcastic comment about who's going to make their food now. They knew how she felt. So I wouldn't be surprised if a few of them knew exactly what they were doing, especially Bobby, and knew full well that it would likely wind some people up the wrong way.

Could someone tell me what Bobby Davro did wrong.
He was a pig. He started off telling Jenna that she could go ahead and use Daniel's space, if she needed it. Like it was his place? So then he goes to Scoop, and saying about how he was "making a gesture to someone" and then starts off on an offensive American accent that made Scoop walk away from him.

Farrah just went and asked him if he had something with Jenna. His response was to tell her "it's a game, Sweetheart." He was talking down to her, and kept calling her "Sweetheart" in such a sarcastic manner. He kept talking over her. He said, "Okay, you have your say," and folded his arms and gave her that smarmy, superior look. She started to speak, said a swear word, and he immediately interrupted her saying "There you go again." Who does he think he is to tell her what verbiage she can use when speaking to him? He attacked her saying "You let yourself down." "I feel so sorry for her." "I feel so sorry for you, Sweetheart." "I'm laughing at you." And then acted like he hadn't done anything.

Now, I know you're going to say she deserved it. But why? And how then can you be outraged at anything she said to him, because she was just doing the same. One was no better than the other. And he thinks he's so above her. He proved he's not.

He did himself no favors by the diary room they showed just before that (who knows when it really happened). He feels sorry for her, he thinks she has issues (like he doesn't). But he's going to pick his fight. He's not going to let her push his buttons (because he has control, unlike her, though note how red he got further into the fight). But if he "had" to confront her, he'd come out on top. He basically sat there and said how his s**t doesn't stink.

Sorry, did you not understand what either of them said? I think you did, so they articulated themselves just fine.

Who do you think you are, Bobby Davro? Don't you know it's his job to tell people how they may speak. And who may use what wardrobe space.

That would be like a red rag to a bull to me. I can certainly understand why somebody would react to that. It's quite a passive aggressive thing to say as it distorts and undermines Jenna's reasons for why she felt the way she did, as she had explained to him earlier on. It was an attack on her as it implies that she just wanted Daniel's space for herself, but said in such a way that it doesn't overtly appear as though it's an attack.

Sarcy gits like that always get away with it and then act all innocent.
Not too different from Barrymore when he was on the show.
It's hard to take on somebody like that. A mainstream comedian who's been in the business for decades is going to be a master manipulator of people.

Good post by the way.

Not really, no. One of them made a comment about Bobby's arse while the other swore at him then got tricked into saying she felt sorry for herself.

He was offering her wardrobe space. Lets face it, Daniel won't be needing it anymore.

Actually, no. She made a comment about his legs. She called them white-assed legs.

Come on, can't you see how that was going to wind her up?

He was giving her the space as if it was his to give? It was said as a kind and generous gesture? Do you really believe that?
At no point did Jenna express any interest whatsoever in taking Daniel's wardrobe space from what we have been shown. That wasn't the issue. So why did he say that?

He's not prime minister, nor king, anymore. It's not his space to put on offer.

I think the tasks have gone to his head. BB certainly set him up with that, making him "king" upon being deposed as "prime minister." Fluff, fluff, fluff that ego. And he fell right into it.

No, I think it's just a cultural divide.

Americans, in any given situation, tend to say what they think. The British, don't.

Would they? Most of the ones in the house seem to only be able to do it in the diary room.
