So they completely cut out the wardrobe incident

The incident I'm speaking of is the one Daniel mentioned on BOTS to Rylan when he said that he was looking forward to watching the fallout of James and Austin after apparently putting their clothes in Farah's wardrobe thinking she was going to be evicted.

Last night on the live feed this argument started to happen, and what was shown was Scoop trying to get to the bottom of it and questioning James if he was the one guilty of putting the clothes in Farrah's wardrobe after Janice told Scoop it was James.
James outright denied it.

It was probably the most significant incident last night after the eviction.
So why was absolutely nothing shown of it on tonight's HL show?
There was nothing, not a thing.

I think it might have also put some context to the argument they did show with Davro and others faffing about with clothes and wardrobes and Davro and Jenna, and then Davro with Farrah.

Was all this cut out of the HL show because BB didn't want James and Austin to be seen in an unfavourable light?
I wouldn't be surprised because in BB, especially CBB, it is incredible how often BB give male housemates a soft edit compared to female housemates.

They are giving Austin a pretty negative edit so I think it was cut out to protect James, not James AND Austin.

Can't have James look bad .

If they're protecting James that's manipulative, not cool. Show everyone fairly, warts and all.

Yes looks like James is the chosen one and for once I don't mind

It was all Kumbaya with the four girls on live feed and nothing shown on the HL show

Well that explains it. I watch the hl only and that argument appeared to come out of absolutely NOWHERE. I know Jenna and Farrah are innately argumentative; but that was baffling.

This sheete is so SO manipulated. I don't like James anyway; but this level of protection and pro-UK anti-US editing is just priceless.

Anyone who didn't know the build up (ie the cupboard space row) would have been wondering what the hell was going on tonight with that editing.

I think it would have been good to keep that in, going from the four of them (including Natasha and Farrah) having a bonding session to Natasha later saying she wants to punch Farrah.

And I wish they included the wardrobe thing because I had no idea what was going in and was looking forward to some context.

The aftermath of the wardrobe incident took up most of the LF...

I assume you mean Farrah, Jenna, Gail, and Natasha?
If so then I agree with you. it's only showing the story it wants to tell.
I don't think we're getting a fair context of the situation in there.
They're just focusing on a very limited set of story narratives.

It is a disgrace they cut that out and like others have said it does not suit their agenda.

I was expecting the HLs show to focus on it and give the cupboard/wardrobe switch some clarity but apparently the producers rather show more aimless arguing than catch James out. I hope their plans get foiled and he ends up out on his arse but as of right now he's in the final. Actually, if he continues on in a sneaky manner than I can see BB giving him a pass to the final.

I agree. With something that's supposed to be a REALITY show I wanted to find out for sure if James and Austin had done what was said they had done or not.
Just for the sake of clarity if not for anything else.

You should always mind, even if it works in your favour.

It's okay, no need to be embarrased. I was just getting clarification just in case I got my wires crossed with you.

This is so weird. It was a big drama on last night's live feed. I saw Jenna, Farrah and Natasha bonding in the garden because Austin had accused Natasha of bitching about Farrah when she hadn't. And then Scoop was kicking off in the bedroom to Austin about the wardobe incident. I mean, he was really losing it (there's even a thread today about Scoop's reaction). And then Janice came in and kicked off at Austin telling him to stay the **** away from her stuff.

And [unless I'm getting mixed up] we saw Farrah expressing remorse about the teaparty stuff and saying she doesn't want any more negativity. But instead on the HL we got Farrah being a bitch to Bobby Davro and Natasha calling her evil.

I now have no order what the sequence of events was. But I do know it was the kind of drama that usually takes up at least 1/4 of a HL show. It's bizarre that tonight was dominated by Chloe or Stevie's relationship or Farrah and James' non-relationship, when there was such a big drama later on.

I can't recall such a blatant piece of biased editing ever.

Maybe that's why BB focus so much on these shitty little tasks, because they're useful to use as a tool when they want to whitewash something in the HL show.
This Stevi and Chloe relationship shit is such nothing television, ANYTHING else would be better television. Now they even had a task about their relationship, and BB think that was more worthwhile television than what we got a sniff of on the live feed last night.

I noticed they cut it out, what's that all about?

It looked like juicy drama!

Given this week's twist ie that only the Americans can nom and they can only nom the Brits AND Scoop as President has a killer nom I would be very surprised if James isn't up for eviction.

What I've concluded: the do-they-don't-they "showmances" of Farrah/James and Steve/Chloe pukesmiley was The Script and had to be given a great chunk of the show. By order.
Meanwhile, the Americans produced great improvisation over a non-scripted incident - probably Austin, aided and abetted by James, deciding Farrah or Janice was going and spreading other people's stuff into their space.
My guess: Austin, with his spiteful glee, added some extras - put James's underwear in Farrah's space.
Then came a huffy sorting out of the space, people finding their stuff moved/ touched (and of course, divvying up the real space left by Baldwin's departure, which upset Jenna and led to Scoop trying to find the culprits).

BB's story writer saw the footage of James craftily putting his pants in Farrah's closet. Oh crap! they thought, would Innocent James do something like that? - (A question familiar to writers involved in fictional character creation)

Then they asked themselves if the Farrah role they'd molded needed a victim narrative been weaved in amongst the villain narrative that was successfully being aired night after night... Could the HL audience contemplate two conflicting narratives?

Long story short, the story writer sent a memo and the whole incident got canned.

Yep, pure fiction.

I watch live feed but still didn't get that argument. Janice thought Farrah and Jenna were completely out of order and was siding with the Brits at the end and yet she was acting as the main victim of Austin and James wardrobe shenanigans earlier on so I really don't think knowing about it would make Jenna and Farrah's reaction(s) any more rational.

Even if you did watch the live feed the whole thing was very confusing tbh and I had the distinct impression that Jenna, Farrah and Janice were completely over reacting like Jenna and Farrah had earlier to Austin and his joke etc.
