I agree with that. I didn't think he was fuming at all, he certainly wasn't going to lower himself to her level. Nothing he could have said or done would have changed her tirade - even when she's not arguing with people she talks over them, so when she's in full-on rant mode nothing is going to stop her.

There was nothing he could have done, firing insults back at her would have been a ridiculous thing to do, he knows that, and it wouldn't have been worth it. He wouldn't have felt any better and she would have just had more fuel for her (imaginary) fire.

Yes, that is how I saw it. Farrah looked as big a **** as she has since she entered (her poor children) Bobby's line of "I feel sorry for you" was spot on and she didn't have an answer.

I googled this and apparently Bobby and his wife have been separated for years but living together after she cheated on him I think they are living separate lives but in the same house

Agree totally with this. Just because someone does not lower themselves to hurl insults does not mean they are weak. The stronger person turns the other cheek, She was an embarrassment to her country in my opinion.

I was impressed with Bobby especially on the live feed , he was calm throughout, it takes strength to remain calm when someone is goading you and up in your face like that

I think if you end up talking about it to others, then you're bothered. But alot of the British housemates are passive aggressive and lack balls

Of course he was bothered but he chose to stay calm and take himself away from the situation that takes more balls than lashing out, if he had started shouting and screaming at her she would have brought him down to her level which is what she wanted

But letting a 24 year old girl speak to you that way shouldn't be on. Sticking up for yourself alot of the time is a scarier situation then walking away, and when your being personally attacked you must retaliate. This level thing people talk about is ridiculous and a way to make people who can't stick up for themselves feel better

Yeah instead he allowed her to speak about his personal life and then went outside to gossip about her and say the things he should of said to her face. You can have an argument and stick up for yourself without shouting it's not rocket science. And Farrah gets paid to be a villain so I'm sure she doesn't mind being "hated"

he did stick up for himself though, he said he didn't need to ask her permission to put his microphone down for two minuites and that he wouldn't be asking her permission to do so, didn't you watch the live feed?

Bobby was absolutely stymied! His 1980s End of the Pier, Pontins Blue Coat comedy persona gone in 20 seconds and his vulnerability (and to some extent his hypocrisy) was laid bare.
