Having checked again he did not shave his head if he shaved his head he would have used a razor not clippers. Attention seeking imo.

Well, initially you use clippers to get it as short as humanly possible. Then you lather up and put a razor over the scalp.

I can't remember who said it, but someone did say 'you need a bic on that' after it had been clippered.
