I know people are really cynical nowadays, but I really liked this video. No rowing, no bitchiness.

And yes, I know the video is very cringey but hey ho.

They do have a nice friendship however the fans are generally cynical nowadays for a good reason, BB on CH5 is a TOWIE style disgrace.

I thought it was a really nice video. Sometimes the best CBB clips aren't the ones of arguments and disputes, or the ones which are funny, they're just the ones which are emotional.

That certainly wasn't an act. James really meant what he said there. It's very touching and hopefully it will make the highlights show.

i thought it was lovely. I am really surprised at James on BB. He seems really deep underneath that silly, vain front he has been showing on the Apprentice. Good luck to him i say. I think he will win this one.

Yes James seems a really different person. I think that was because he was portrayed in The Apprentice as the cocky one even though perhaps he wasn't. Sometimes the producers on The Apprentice try to make it more entertaining by portraying certain people as certain things even when they aren't, it's easily done when you're filming them all day if you just select edits that paint that person in that light.

I think we're seeing the real James on CBB, but to be honest I think Austin brought out that in him. When he entered the house and for the first day or two he was the same person we saw in The Apprentice, but after him and Austin bonded we have really seen the nice side of him. I like him.

I've supported Austin to win since the beginning and will continue to do so, but I wish James all the best and if Austin doesn't win then I would be happy if James won.

Of course it was lovely, it was James and Austin. Why wouldn't BB be promoting a nice image of them?

When this BB first started and James was clearly so different to The Apprentice James I said that I it occurred to me The Apprentice may actually be more manipulated than BB.

Austin is my favourite too and though I felt a bit cynical about his and James relationship initially and about James himself I do now think it is a genuine friendship.

That video was lovely, I really liked seeing the caring side of both of them. Such a welcome change from all the arguing.

It seems as if James has been through a media training course since Apprentice. The difference in his behaviour is striking.

I've been getting a feeling that like Rylan years back, James is being set up for something post-CBB. Perhaps presenting work. We'll find out eventually.

Edit. Ohhh - The head shaving! Assumed it was more than that, but I suppose to James with his beloved foppish mane that would be a bit deal.

Irrespective of what I think of both lads, that was a nice conversation and kudos to Austin for doing that and to James for reassuring him.

If as others are suggesting, BB are manipulating them as faves, well...I can only go on what I see and that vt was genuinely nice.

Well for a start I cannot see either Chloe or Stevi shaving their head(s)...so no comparison to be found.

Oh and btw, I think they are the fakest of fake showmances ever.

I find James a bit too eager to be liked and I dislike Austin intensely , but I do appreciate that they could have a nice metrosexual bromance friendship going , so good for them .

Perhaps they are and perhaps they aren't. Suppose it's all about whome you like in the BB house. or your personal level of cynicism.
