Sadly, that's how I perceive C/BB nowadays.

I was on the phone at the time, so only paying faint attention, but randomly caught him saying that. I didn't know who he was actually referring to. For me, it would be an apt descriptor of any of them, including Austin.
Talking of 'Friends', Farah reminds me of that character that Chandler used to date who used to have a very distinct/grating laugh.
