That is going to be the catch phrase of the series

Absolutely agree with this. I'm not watching the housemates - never have done - as members of a specific team or nationality, I'm watching and liking or not liking based upon what they say and do in the house as individuals. Nothing to do with nationality, for me. Unfortunately I don't think that's the case for everybody though.

I certainly don't want to watch anybody hitting anybody else, no matter how nasty they may be verbally.

Sadly a lot of British guys usually disappear when women start arguing. Hopefully one of the other women will help Natasha. Really Sherrie should start getting involved.

11.45pm: "It's a game," says Gail. Funny, no-one's mentioned that

That works normally muggins but the simple fact is that the team thing has totally moved the goal posts . For sure they'd have mingled better and formed unlikely or weird friendships if it was just CBB . But the divide has brought out the competitive streaks , more so in the USA team for sure . It's an American thing , "no such thing as second place , just one winner and a bunch of losers ". I fully expect a Military task with Marine Corps chants involved . Carnage .

Nothing at all to do with the fact that that him and his other half are up for eviction

I did laugh at Farrah saying "We don't want to involve you in any negatively" then two seconds later Jenna going "OH I'll tell you..." lol

Natasha was well pissed off that Gail the martyr did not mention her as her best mate and supporter. The Brits are,sad to say a bunch of bores, sadly though folk will still vote for them to win...

Well that was fair of Farrah . I would assume she'd just explode and beggar who gets hit by shrapnel . So she can be fair enough at times and it wasn't his scrap .

That's what it boils down to . We've all done it at some point . You are pissed off at someone but don't want to tackle them about it , so some other poor sod gets the rough edge of your tongue .

Just me then .

The problem with this is that the most influential Americans in there (Jenna, Farrah and Scoop) are no longer treating it like a game of individuals, they're indeed treating it like a battle of the nations. Jenna has definitely been treating it like that from the start, it's just now that she's more confident in being up front about it with the other Americans. I do think the Brits in there need to man up a little and tear down this bad impression of them as being wimpy pushovers.

In this series I wish the housemates would stop telling each other 'It's just a game'.
Someone must have said it in at least the last 5 shows in a row.
If people like Gail are telling others that it's just a game then why is it she who acts the most upset by it all? Don't tell everyone else, tell yourself Gail.

Yeah right Chris. I think somebody should introduce him to the TV show called Big Brother.

It seems that way to me too. In a way they are trying to play it in the spirit they believe they have been contracted to. They see it as the purpose of the show. Why wouldn't they?
Jenna appears to have done a decent enough job of getting her compatriots to see it that way too, and tried to make it clear to Austin that he too better shape up too because if all the Americans get evicted he'll be picked off first by the Brits.
