I am aware that she's a product of reality TV so much that this probably who she thinks she is, she probably doesn't know who she is, never had time to grow up but also grew up too fast, if that makes sense. However, now, as an adult, she has choices and presumably runs her own life (or perhaps not, perhaps she has people who persuade her that she's doing the best thing for herself when it's the best thing for them really, who knows, certainly not I). 
Everybody has a breaking point, so they say. Not that she should be applauded for her behaviour, but somebody was going to end up breaking in the face of Farrah's outbursts, I figured it would be Natasha.
