Natasha did say her dad doesn't speak to her like that , when Scoop was shouting in the bedroom ...so for some twisted reason Farrah decides to go off on one , if I'm honest I don't even know what point Farrah was trying to make about family

The only thing I can think of is in her first argument with James she said something like your mother will thank me. She was shot down in flames by the house mates for bringing his mum into it. What seemed to rile her up in this argument was Natasha saying her dad wouldn't speak to her like that which was said to put Scoop down. So the point I think she's trying to make is don't tell me not to mention family members and then do it yourself.
Interestingly this is the first time I have heard her mention Natasha starting on her the first night.
