I would talk to her in a rational and straight-forward manner, telling her to keep calm and take some deep breaths.....there, problem solved.

Glad you said this - never read such blinkered opinions on here, which pretty much amount to 'I like this person no matter what because they're from the same country as me'.

He/she gets snippy and overly defensive about every US HM - even Kimbot!

I'd chuckle/laugh and speak to others around me about how she's behaving in an unperturbed kind of way. Wouldn't entertain her by responding.

Jenna and Farrah talk over everyone that tries to speak to them, not listening just shrieking louder and louder, James did what everyone else should do, the moment they start talking their shit...... sigh..... get up and walk away and don't give them the audience and reaction they crave! I have met people with slight anger issues but compared to J & F its nothing.... to me i think their cuckoo if they think that's normal adult behaviour.

Interesting how, when confronted with a person who has the social skills of an angry child, a lot of FMs think it's fine to behave in kind. Presumably they consider her attitude unacceptable, so I'm confused as to why it's acceptable to adopt the exact same attitude in retaliation. After the fact you'd both look like assh*les.

Walk behind her and look for the mute button.
