I'd say Ken Barlow's book published.

Fat Brenda appearing.

Gail and Nick getting it on finally.

Richard Hillman popping up in the final seconds and winking at the camera with a sinister grin.

Amy is cleaning a room upstairs and throws out a candlestick, and it lands on Tracy's head and kills her.

What would you all like to see?

Agree with you about TracyLuv, she could have her many crimes read out to her by a grim reaper in a dream sequence before she meets a deservingly violent demise.

I like David though, I'd save him.

Yeah, and along with Devil Spawn Curly Simon all burned at the stake. Then we end with a massive street party with all the characters dancing with joy.

Ken's already had a book published:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Weatherfield-Yesterday-The-Cartwright-Murders/dp/0233999159

I sort of shudder to ask, but what's this Gail and Nick business? I've seen references elsewhere on the forum

There are a few copies on ebay very cheap. Just bought one - might be 160 pages of rubbish, but it's gotta be worth the couple of quid even if it's only to see how bad it is. Hope I'm pleasantly surprised.

The ceiling collapses at the Rovers leaving thru the back out of bounds for the first time since St Stella's arrival. Distraught Liz skulks off to Spain in a sulk.

Edit: Sean is also working his shift at the Rovers when this happens and is crushed

All the residents move out of the street as it's to be demolished to make way for a new tram line. Ken Barlow is the last to leave, takes one last look at the street and walks down the cobbles when the screen goes black and white as the credits roll playing the full original theme.

Sorry but Dame Rita would have a thing or two to say about her not getting the final scene to herself before the credits roll

A two hander with Fiz and Sean, they then walk down the cobbles with Cheeky Girls playing in background. Bliss.

Weatherfield is revealed to exist in a polytheistic hyperworld ruled by a pantheon of Goddesses - Ena, Elsie and Annie.

Ena, the Goddess of war.
Elsie, the Goddess of love & lust.
Annie, the Goddess of civilisation.

The heavy, grey clouds part one morning to reveal the three deities looming large over Coronation Street. While bringing in the milk, Emily Bishop is struck down by a blast of milk stout from Ena and cursed for being a non-believer.

Emily is mystically transported to Underworld which erupts in flames around her - Ena simultaneously unleashes every disaster to befall Coronation Street on the factory. Under the stewardship of demigoddess Maya Sharma, a train, a tram, cars, faulty hairdryers, gas explosions and lorries work together to reveal the factory as the entrance to the true Weatherfield underworld, a place where dark souls rest uneasy for eternity. Hearing the commotion, the residents start peering from their doors and windows, it becomes clear that a Great Event is upon them. For the first time ever, every single cast member is present during the Event and not away visiting relatives in Eccles, Italy or Llandudno.

The Goddesses work their way along the Street, each one casting judgement on each individual based on their overriding characteristics. Annie takes care of the uncouth while Elsie gets to work on the unsexy and unloved. Ena, the most powerful of the Goddesses, casts judgement on those more difficult to discern.

Worthy ones are to sit forever alongside the great Goddesses in revered elation.

Sarah Harding returns leading an uprising of former characters that includes Kal Nazir, Vernon Tomlin and Xin Chiang. The group are instantly vaporised with a toxic plume of Elsie's hairspray.

Nick is obviously Gail's favourite child and she disapproves of any girlfriend he has and interferes in those romances, so could it be that it's an almost incestuous relationship between mother and son (on Gail's part only). She does sometimes behave as if she thinks she's the only female who can satisfy his needs.

Er...fair enough. Can't say I've noticed! Bit of a leap of imagination!
