I never quite "get" this programme. They seem to do a lot of driving around, using fuel and then making a tiny profit.

It's a late afternoon entertainment programme.

BBC insulting intelligence again tacking on repeats to end of new series. I wouldn't mind if they showed series 1 or 2 that I can't remember but they stick stuff that's not been long on. Next Monday Serrell against Charles Hanson. They're having a laugh. Must think we're stupid doing this

I think they're all ok the dealers but Catherine Southon comes across as unpleasant. Maybe I'm being harsh

What I have noticed is Christina Trevanion on these shows. She seems nice and always cheery disposition but when it comes to buying she is never happy. I saw it yesterday and she got am item down to and she still wasn't happy and got the guy to call the dealer who said 17£ bottom price bit she took the phone and went on and on and on until he agreed to £15. Basically bullying with a smile. Most dealers on the show accept a price but she won't stop until she's bullied the price she wants. Am I being unfair

IM sure if I went into her shop and tried it I wouldn't get far. Ticket price 200 I'll pay £19 only. Yeah okay”

Christina Trevanion is an awful person. I dislike people like that, who are oh so cheerful and smiley while behaving in a bullying manner.

I no longer watch anything where she is, as I feel so sorry for the sellers. Yes, I know it is probably scripted in some way, but that does not make it any better.

Kate Bliss and Catherine Southon are the two women I like the most.

Tim will be getting a black mark from BBC NI - moving Dungannon from Tyrone to Antrim?!

I prefer Road trip. It's not a test as to who has the best friends.

Ridiculous to think that hard nosed antique dealers could be bullied into selling at a price that doesn't suit them. Trevanion knows the margins that they work on. All she's doing is negotiating a price that she knows will give the dealer a bit of profit - albeit not as much as they might have liked - and her a chance at auction.

Sorry for an antique dealer? Ha! Get yourself to a few auctions. Take note of what's going on with the buyer rings.

Who is that awful Cooper woman ?

I watch loads of BBC antique porn and she's not an expert or an auctioneer.

I think Charles would drive you mad if you spent long periods of time with him but good in short doses. He also knows when not to take the mick regarding haggling
I've only seen that Margie woman on this one time before also not on anything else either

I didn't think she made much effort to try and win it on the laSt day where as Charles spent a fortune

Most Antique dealers are honest and poorly paid, I have some experience of Antique Fairs and know first hand that many of the dealers there are working for less than minimum wage or at a loss. However I agree that rings do exist, I suspect one at my local Auction house.

It seems very cliquey this antique tv lark. There used to be guy called Mark Franks who was a Cockney and good but not been on it for a while. Seems same old faces

OO I couldnt stand mark franks, he tended to be on that one where they had to spend their own money and go to a car boot then a foreign market , or in cash in the attic with lorne spicer

Am item was 42. He called the dealer and said very best he'd do was 32. Anita said 'Do you think he'd go to 30?'

What part of very best don't you get? Arguing over £2. Seriously?

When I start to type in his name in google, his name is followed with the word asperger. So, I guess some people have googled that combination before.

He does not seem asperger to me, just very jolly. But without the normal boundaries of touching and hugging. He seems to love everyone, and is very comfortable with men.

I love it when the very pragmatic Phil Serrell is paired with him

Mark Stacey is funny because he is such a bad loser.
And I adore Thomas Plant. He is useless at Bargain Hunt, but quite good here.
And having such a fat face while being slim is a mystery.
