I used to have a mobile broadband account with EE that I closed around two months ago> I received a text today on my current mobile phone saying a bill is ready to view online. However, the EE account section of their website isn't working for me and when I try calling them their phone system won't let me speak to someone in customer services as I don't have the phone number for the mobile broadband that's already disconnected!

Can anyone help me speak to a human at EE?

Thanks.

Rik.

Do you still have the sim card with the sim number on the back? You could try quoting them that and see if they'll speak to you.

I've called before and just given my name + address and they've spoken to me (before I moved my number to them)

That's the problem. It's their IVR (the menu system) that asks me three times for the EE mobile number before cutting me off. I don't even get to speak to a human.

Which number are you calling? I assume you're not on EE anymore otherwise you'd just call 150, are you calling 07953 966 250? That should take you through to the same place as 150.

Call telesales on 0800 956 6000. They'll be able to put you through to someone.

Yeah that's the number. I'm with BT mobile so I only have that EE number to call them on. I guess asking the sales guys to put me through should do it.

Thanks all.

Rik.

If the system asks for a phone number, just type 07xxxxxxxxx (where x is any digit). It will fail to recognise, then put you through
