Gail. I get that she's troubled and stuff. Yes Gail, we get it.
But there's just no point here where I feel like she is being genuine or being herself. I just don't trust her from an authenticity perspective.

I can't take to her she wants everybody to feel sorry for her.
She likes stating her opinion on people but can't take it back.

Her expression seems to be one of constant condescension.

She can take it back. She just gently weeps as she takes it. Nothing wrong with that.
