Lady Gaga to drop album tonight as part of Apple surprise release?
With the Apple event, it speculated that there will be a surprise release from a "very famous popstar" followed by a tweet that said "a monster announcement".
I'm here for it. Everyone on twitter thinks Adele, but i really don't see Adele as that kind of artist to use a huge platform worldwide for an album. She had great success with 21 but she always seemed (to me) like she wasn't that fussed about all the hype, so it'd seem weird if she went all out but who knows. |

"Drop" makes me think of bad DJs on commercial radio.

I hope it's Lady Gaga, Katy Perry or Britney.

Sorry to say but I think she's too niche for Apple now.
one Republic make more sense. They've had plenty of success in the last few years & they're sufficiently "dad rock" to appeal to many of the tech nerds who are Apple's market. |

Wouldn't surprise me if it's GaGa. Quote:

I reckon britney. She's been in the studio a lot over the last few months but has been very coy about whether she has been working on an album or not.

She's a niche act after chartflop, so it won't be her.
