I think the OP knew that, and was just asking what the possible motivation for anyone to spend money on this might be (?)

That's certainly what I'd like to know!

I'm not voting for anything or anyone.

I never vote, they can whistle for it!

I'm still confused by this "secret room" twist.. if we know about it and so do all the HMs (when it happens) what's the secret?

I can't see many voting on this pointless one so it might be a close call!

I'd say Farrah is the fave but it looks like she may be out one way or another (aka will do an 'Alexander') by then...

Good post OP. I hadn't thought of it like that.

Good thought. It hadn't occurred to me as I never vote anyway. There certainly is no incentive to waste cash on a non eviction.

vote for the two people you most want to make fools of I suppose... Or vote to save the ones you don't want to see stitched up... It's not that different from evictions really, it's still based on reward/punishment - just a slightly more sadistic elongated version.

I never vote but i still laugh at an ex forum member who voted for her favourite housemate years ago from work. Wracked up a massive phone bill on her last day at work and was emigrating to Canada on the Monday. Think it was about £500. Would love to know if she got away with it???

50p to vote in a non eviction , pi$$ off who in their right mind would vote on this sham

people who vote are paying to "play along with an interactive feel to the show" - and that is all. why cant people get that yet?

You are possibly voting for which two housemates are immune from the next eviction.

But only if production are happy with the pair chosen.

Me, every eviction night I do one vote. I don't vote for secret house, fake evictions etc but I do vote on actual eviction nights.

My thoughts exactly. I only ever vote when there's a chance of getting rid of someone obnoxious. Last time was Chloe in the last 'civilian' BB.

Don't vote, the only way to get through to those producers is to hit where it hurts. Their salaries

Well, there are plenty of stupid people that watch BB, i'm sure they will vote without questioning the reasons for actually voting.

you are "playing along" with the show... interactive... paying? same as why did people pay to vote on the sky sports news polls each day! like they cared!

but, in this case you are playing along and perhaps influencing who will have the reverse secret room trick done on them... who do you want in the room to think they are in a secret room when they are not... that is the vote.
