No, fed up of affairs, especially between members of the same family.

Plus, Mick and Linda got together when they were teenagers, barely more than children and i get the impression have lived with Elaine for the majority of that time. So They should really view each other in a 'mother/son' kind of way so it would be a bit 'yucky' in that respect too.

Not and it wouldn't happen with DTC but I mean if another producer took over I wouldn't rule it out even though as mentioned before they've known each other so long it would be rather implausible.

Then again in Corrie they did Carla and Liam despite it being a similar scenario, knowing each other for decades but only suddenly having feelings.

No! I don't like the way he touches her up, it makes me cringe. I don't think DTC would put them together. Maybe if it was Hollyoaks it would happen but I don't think DTC would go there, at least I hope not.

Danny and Kellie both said that they were trying to make it so that Mick and Linda never have an affair or cheat with anyone. Also imagine Linda's reaction to Mick moving on to her own mum and convincing herself that Dean's rape made Mick love her less or something

Carla and Liam were meant to have had feelings for each other - they said that he'd always fancied her and that she'd nearly called off her wedding to Paul because it was Liam she really wanted. Also, they were much the same age, a little different to the generation gap between Elaine and Mick. Not the age gap isn't yucky in itself, it is just that she will have come to view him more as a son than anything else over the past 25 years.

Big difference being that they met as adults and we're probably closer in age than he was to Tiffany.
