Kylie's New EP with Fernando Garibay
It's just been released on iTunes Australia, expected to hit UK in a few hours. The previews sound great and If I Can't Have You sounds very current - LOVE this direction!
It's also great to see Kylie duetting with other artists, I'd love to see more of this. Hope it does well. ![]()

I've just listened to it. I don't care for Black and White, but I love If I Can't Have You and Your Body.

EDIT: EP now on UK iTunes. |

Sam Sparro might seem like an odd choice of collaboration, but he's Australian so it makes sense. They need to film a video and push this as much as they can. If there's any justice in the world radio will pick it up. I hope Kylie continues to move in this direction, it suits her. |

If she was younger, If I Can't Have You would be a surefire hit and played on radio constantly. Sounds very current but unfortunately I think radio will ignore it because of her age.

Disappointing. Not keen on these songs, and especially don't like the guest artists on them. I like to hear just Kylie when listening to Kylie songs, not having other people on them ruining the songs like Shaggy! When I saw she'd done another E.P. with Garibay I was hoping for something as great as the Sleepwalker E.P. is but sadly not. I adore Sleepwalker, all those songs are great, atmospheric, unique sounding and very different for Kylie. These new songs just sound like generic rubbish to me. Oh well.

I'm not sure any of these songs will be a hit to be fair. In fact none of them will so there is no point in building up your hopes.
Fans of older artists just need to accept the disappointing fact that the pop music side of the industry is ageist and people like Kylie won't have another hit ever again. All the music released now is purely for the fans enjoyment. |

I can't warm to Black and White. I don't like Shaggy. I'm still wondering why Kylie has collaborated with him. He's so 2001. Oh well, two great tracks out of three ain't bad. Quote:

Well Black and White has managed to hit UK's I Tunes top 40 and a video has been released for it...so there may be hope for a minor hit! Its a grower!

I like Black & White and suprised to see it in the Itunes Top 40
Kylie has an impressive catalogue of collaborations and I love the fact that she lends her time and voice to breaking artists too 2015 has seen some great music from Kylie |

I didn't realise these were all Kiss Me Once demos. I thought it was new material.

It sounds OK, but feel she has produced better on the Kiss Me Once Album

Black & White is no 25 in the first of the midweeks!
Shame it is dropping and may likely miss out on a Top 40 placing |

I'm sorry but Shaggy is never a good addition to ANY song. As soon as his foghorn came on it completely ruined Black and White imo.

I'm not impressed by any of these songs at all. To me they sound bland and lifeless.
Kylie has been one big disappointment for me since Kiss Me Once, apart from Absolutely Anything. I've been a huge fan since day one but I'm worried she's lost it or is starting to. I don't even want to think about how much she annoyed me on The Voice.
