CS carla and Robert?
Did anyone think after their conversation at the the end of the second episode it might be heading into some sort of fling/affair? Carla gave him a very lingering look

I have just literally watched the secon episode and have thought the exact same thing. It is so predictable.

It's so obvious! Why was she bothered about Nick giving him a slap, since when did Carla care about anybody else?

It certainly looked like there was something there, and getting involved with other people's partners is Carla's favourite pastime.

They're both very wooden actors (in my opinion), so it would be a fitting end for them. Settle down together and produce a copse.

So funny when Carla simperingly thanked Nick for defending her honour by hitting Robert, and he replied "I didn't do it for YOU!"

I was truly hoping he was going to follow that line up with "Not EVERYTHING is about you, love".

Yep I thought this seemed quite predictable which would be a shame if it did happen though, I think it would damage Carla's character even further.

I didn't get that impression but if it's a choice between Carla and Robert and Carla and Nick (who are an awful couple to watch), I hope Robert's removing his chef whit...er, blacks in the lush's flat ASAP.

Carla really does churn through other women's blokes. She must be incapable of actually finding a single bloke. I wonder if Nick goes back to Erica? I hope so as Nick deserves someone who treats him right.
But that will mean more of this Tracy and Carla feud being dragged out. |

Nothing knew to Carla, she's spent a lot of time on her back since being in the show.

Haha Robert dumping Tracy for Carla would be brilliant in one way but I will be disappointed if Carla's exit storyline involves her cheating. It's about time they gave her a good storyline and let her be the best that she can be. No more dragging her down.
I think some of us might be reading too much into that last scene, though. |

I would like to see Leanne and Nick back together. Hopefully Carly will be dumped by Nick and she will run to Robert. I always thought Leanne and Nick were better matched.

Carla is simply the embodiment of Snow White's wicked stepmother. She'll never be able to deal maturely with the fact she's ageing and will always want to have the satisfaction of luring away 'someone else's bloke' to convince herself that she's still got it! In fact she isn't going to get more mellow as she gets older and more middle aged, she's going to get more desperate! Think Madonna
![]() Doesn't matter who gets affected by her actions, she needs to believe that she's still the belle of the ball. She sucks because she doesn't believe in relationships at all, even her own. Maybe because she has no real room for anyone else in a relationship besides herself. Notice she still walks as if she's got her tights in a tangle too lol. |
