The only way I can account for the constant crying was maybe she's been rubbing onions into her eyes.

I don't think she is personally tough but she struggles to apply her softer skills to people that she isn't tolerant of.

IMHO, she's vulnerable, nervous & pretty stressed. I think when she has her wee outbursts, she's reached the end of her tether but seems to feel bad about it straight afterwards.
However, I do believe she's slowly getting stronger & it's a pleasure to watch her gain some much needed confidence.
As for " rubbing onions into her eyes". Regardless of whether it got annoying or boring, those were genuine tears.

I agree but can understand her lack of tolerance. I too would be struggling to remain calm in that atmosphere. Not only do you have to listen to constant screeching, you've got to endure the nauseating Stevi & Chloe with no escape.

Plus I believe she's an insomniac. A saint would struggle to stay calm under those circumstances.

If she is-hating it so much why doesn't she just walk? Nobody's forcing her to stay.

If I remember correctly, she was in the DR recently saying she felt a lot better & more focused so I don't think she'll even contemplate walking.

I think that's rubbish.

I thought I would like Gail but I don't..... She constantly reminds others about it only being a game yet takes everything to heart, even nominations which are the biggest part of the game. Watched her last night saying sorry to Chloe Jasmine for the way she spoke to her..... but she then turned it to being all about her...again , she even said to Chloe Jasmine "Come and give me a cuddle"...so she doesn't think Chloe hates her !!!

I'm pretty sure the crying was legit as she's been very open about the fact she cries a lot. However I don't think the crying is indicative of her having a soft nature, I just think it's a mixture of a habit and a coping mechanism. She's clearly very strong willed and actually is quite stern and intolerant.

I find Gail a bit of a martyr, self obsessed and moody, I'm not a huge fan of her. It could be all we are getting to see but all her eye rolls and facial expressions make me think she's a bit sour, Chloe jasmine would get right on my nerves but I think I'd have the patience to hide it and her not laughing during bobby'S talent show , even if you didn't think it was funny you can laugh along to be polite

She's been through a tremendously traumatic experience for a young woman, losing her hair through stress, of course she's going to be fragile at times and also find ditsy wannabe's like Chloe insufferable. Seems normal to me.

Tears don't necessarily mean weakness. I don't see hers as weakness, it strikes me as more frustration/nerves.

I think that, like most people, she various aspects to her personality. There may be certain things she's 'hard as nails' about and other things about which she's very sensitive.

From her long conversation with Jenna on live feed it seems she's a fighter (as in martial arts and boxing) and obviously quite tough in many ways. It doesn't mean she doesn't also have a sensitive side.

I'm tough when it comes to some of the things going on in my life, I have to be, which can come over as unemotional but are just me being stoic and getting on with things, but I can be very sensitive about other things.

I imagine we are all like that. We don't just have one emotion, there are many sides to all of us.

Nothing wrong with Gail feeling that way about Chloe but don't then go to the person you find insufferable and complain that they are ignoring you or you feel they dislike you, and tell them to give you a cuddle so they know you don't hate them !! ...Gail can't have it both ways.

I would say that I am rarely driven to tears but on most occasions I have been it has been borne of frustration because of being angry and not being able to go medieval on someone's ass, maybe that's Gail's deal.

Gail's intolerance of child-like Chloe demonstrates a big flaw in her character and she loses a lot of sympathy from me.

I can imagine the act is quite frustrating to live with - I'm not even sure Chloe is that childlike. She's worked in the modelling world, which is a tough world to experience I would have thought, she's been through the X Factor experience - which I doubt is as easy as it looks, has been trying for a long time to break into showbiz (from what I've read on here re her previous attempts at the X Factor).

I think she's probably quite tough, although - having said that - I imagine being on CBB is fairly daunting for those experienced in the entertainment industry for some time, let alone a fledgling in that world such as herself and Stevi.

I am struggling to figure her out, to be honest
