Din in every dwelling

Does anyone know what radio station permeates through every house in Emerdale or coronation street for that matter? It's music all the way through, no adverts which is great if you like that sort of sound. No they are cds so I'm told, probably, the choice of some clueless studio cup who wastes no time in letting us know the kinda sounds he or she is promoting, they like to call it background music.
I doubt if any of the production team read these forums but if any of you do, please get rid of that insufferable din, better still remove the clown who switches it on at every take.

Have you tried wearing a tin foil hat to see if that helps?!

Lol- you never see a stereo or hifi either. I think the only soap set to have a hifi in it is ken and diedres sitting room.

I used to love how neighbours used a mix of catchy, older and in house music in its scenes. They sadly ditched it in the late 90's

The current chart stuff all the time is awful.

Phil Mitchell used to have the same hifi as my brother and Anna Windass has the same one as me.
