ok this week phil found out that bobby killed lucy. this all started when phil walked in on sharon and jane talking. jane took off. at the beale house jane havd called keeble and told her to come around to hers. when she knocked on the door and jane was going to answer phil grabbed her from behind. keeble eventually left. in the sitting room phil was fuming as this whole story could have sent ben down. and phil knowing something wasnt right and began to think max was innocent he accused her of protecting someone and demanded to know who. eventually he bullied her into telling him it was bobby. phil managed to make contact with ian revealing that he was in kent with bobby and that jane could come down.

speaking of phil he drove to kathy's rescue after getting a call for help to get her away from gavin. as ronnie and phil got to her room gavin speed off with kathy in his car. once back in his jeep phil was looking at a map and spotted an airfield nearby. thinking it was worth a shot he drove there.
he got there just as gavin and kathy were taxiing for take off heading to spain. he cut the plane off and managed to convince kathy to come back with him.

elsewhere ronnie slept with vincent.

the carter's were not having much fun as the anniversery of linda's attack is approaching. mick tried to take her mind of it by booking her a holiday to spain with her mum. at first she refused but in the end decided to go and nancy got invited too!!

cora even made a rare appearance by getting arrested and telling the police she lived at dots when she was really living at the allotments. i think this is dtc making her a recurring character. she has no purpose being there full time.

anyway this week was a great week. what did everyone think?

Jane laid the smackdown on Phil, got some compassion out of him

I was thinking that it would be ironic if Jane had killed Phil with one punch without meaning to, She would be caught virtually red-handed, and would go down for murdering Phil and probably Lucy as well.

That actually would of been great to see, Jane slaps Phil he falls and cracks his head and dies in the exact spot were Lucy was killed. I'm wondering if Phil's life might be in danger again in a few weeks as the spoilers mention something about Sharon saving Phil, also Phil hasn't had a near death experience for a while, I suppose there was Bobby threatening him with some golf clubs and him sitting in the burning car with Ronnie on new years day but neither were that bad and it is almost a year since he was shot.

I guess we may have had an insight into where Bobby learned about lashing out in temper.

I thought it was a slap, not a punch?
