If she was pregnant, she'd still be upset about it and she isn't. It was realising what she'd done in sleeping with someone before marriage (against Muslim teaching) and worrying that Gary and her family would find out.

So no, she isn't pregnant - Sinead found the negative pregnancy test. It's now all been forgotten about and will never be mentioned again.

I don't think Sinead actually saw the test. Alya just told her it was negative.
