Stuart Blackburn please bring back Phelan for the live ep it time the great one returned and what better way than on the live ep and he needs to finish what he started his thing with Anna wasent finished and he didnt finish his feud with Gary and Owen. Obviously Owen is gone now but Gary is still there so he could finish that. Come on Stuart Blackburn do the right thing and bring back Phelan
